At the entrance to South Prescott Park and to the right just as you enter the park at Peralta and 3rd, the trash receptacle is missing. There is a small stand alone metal trash bin but it is too small and always overflowing. Please install a regular City of Oakland concrete trash container at this location like are located elsewhere in the park and around town.
