Car has been parked in sidewalk for TWO weeks now. License plate CA 3UCA197. Potential expired tags also. Owner also leaves his dog in the car windows up! If DPT is going to ticket and tag motorcycles parked in front of owners homes then they should act fairly and ticket and or tow vehicles that block the entire sidewalk for WEEKS!
