These business owners leave hundreds of cigarette butts on yhe sidewalk and leave their garbage out. They don't have garbage service so they leave it on the corner for DPW. Is that illegal, because several ppl in this two blick radius do that.
Not to ignore the fact that apparently the business was broken in to last night...but seriously, clean up your act or get out of our neighborhood.
