    Title pretty much says it all. There is a homeless encampment that is completely blocking the path. There were No Trespassing signs there until the homeless folks tore them down. Police barely help. SFDPW needs to come out and clean it out!

    Because some drivers are stupid and lazy they have been using the pedestrian cross walk, which is bordered on each side by tall curbs, as a driveway to by pass the Mission Bay Blvd. traffic circle. This is unsafe for pedestrians, cyclists and other drivers!
    Suggestion: Since this crosswalk is quite wide, and cars can, though not easily, fit through this space, PLEASE INSTALL BOLLARDS in the middle of the crosswalk on either side of the "island" area to prevent this from happening!

    Four shopping carts, a great deal of debris and one camper living under freeway. This person is cleared out and then comes right back again. Blocks the pedestrian path way and creates a ton of trash debris.

    The police may have come to move the encampment that was here out but the encampment left a tremendous amount of garbage all along the construction fence on the west side of the intersection of Berry Street by 7th where the train tracks intersect.

    Dressers, tvs, mattresses dumped. Some by residents of adjacent complex, some by passerbys or homeless folks. All of it terrible to look at for day after day.
