    Large ~15 ft plywood structure is obstructing the westbound side of 17th St at Campbell. The structure previously existed along the dirt frontage however the adjacent property owner put up a fence. The structure subsequently was relocated to Willow St. at the intersection of 17th St. As of Sunday, September 24, 2017 the structure has been located in the middle of the road. In addition to the structure, which previously served as shelter and now appears to be abandoned, there is a significant amount of garbage. Vehicles can no longer traverse 17th St. without merging into a single lane at the intersection. There is a major risk that a vehicle will collide with the structure as all westbound vehicles are obstructed and must merge into the eastbound side of the road.

    Abandoned silver vehicle parked in median that extends into active roadway. The vehicle has signs of recent collision damage suggesting it has resulted in car accidents. The vehicle has been there for over a week and obstructs free movement of vehicles on the road. It is a road heavily used by large trucks that cannot maneuver around it.

    Lot's of garbage remaining from where two RV's had previously set up camp. A new vehicle has now set up camp but the RV's are gone. The garbage is blocking at least 6 parking spaces and on multiple mornings garbage has piled up in the roadway making through travel unsafe.
