Description

On any given occasion, I see people come from the #58 CATS bus to walk down BUSY Highway 51 towards Fort Mill, almost getting hit. What needs to happen, before someone gets killed out there, is to get a sidewalk installed for the entire leg between Downs Circle to Springhill Farm Road.
