there is a tree here that lost a ton of branches somehow and they're all over the sidewalk and street. I tried to clear the sidewalk but the street cleaner went around the mess cuz the tree branches are so low it couldn't get under to clean by the curb. I think this tree needs trimming as well as some cleanup underneath. please come help. thank you.
